Chocolate Mousse

250 gm Dark Chocolate

125 gm Bakery Cream

100 gm Whipped Cream

2 Eggs, separated

25 gm Castor Sugar

30 ml Old Monk

15 gm Black Coffee

Melt chocolate with bakery cream. Raise egg yolk in double boiler and mix sugar. When properly blended, keep aside. Add Old Monk and coffee to it. And then gradually add whipped cream. Whip egg white till stiff and mix it slowly with the help of a rubber spatula. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

Serves two, but one on a personal level. 😉

  1. I haven’t had this in ages!! Used to be my very fave dessert–now that I’m older, my system doesn’t handle sweets and chocolate as well, but I can still enjoy thinking about it. You have such a lovely blog, truly.
